Summary
This is the GridSplitter from the Silverlight SDK. It's been stripped from the System.Windows.Controls assembly. If you want the GridSplitter in your Silverlight app, but don't want the full System.Windows.Controls.dll, then use this to save precious bytes.

Hi.
How can I set the minimum height of the grid row above the grid splitter ? I don't whant the user to drag the splitter all the way up to the top and hiding the gridview.
